Position Description

Position drives the organization's overall patient experience efforts and is essential in defining comprehensive strategic goals to strengthen PFCC culture. Position oversees technical aspects of patient experience and works with vendor as well as leaders to analyze results. This work environment is one of collaboration, high energy, and mutual support. The atmosphere requires compassion, responsiveness, and high quality in all interactions and activities. Each member of this Center is expected to be a team player, self-motivated, and committed to respectful, honest, and open communication.

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree with 3 years or more of experience in analytics, quality, data management, project management, service excellence, patient satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills; Microsoft Office Suite experience; data analysis; project management; ability to train others.

Preferred Requirements

Masters degree and 5 or more years of experience in patient satisfaction data such as Press Ganey or NRC; iRounds, PCMH, working in a large AMC. Demonstrates ability to lead others; service excellence training; public speaking; Value Based Purchasing , knowledge of TCPI/PCMH; experience with patient advisors; process improvement initiatives.
