Position Summary
This position is responsible for evaluating, supporting and streamlining the business processes and systems that support Gray’s Human Capital Management solution (UKG) and other human resources systems to create a better experience for the business and Gray team members. With the goal of improving corporate collaboration, this individual will function as the subject matter expert on UKG reporting, data analytics, configuring new functionality, implements data driven solutions to ensue adherence to compliance standards/practices, maintains internal audit process to ensure data integrity through collaboration across the human resources department and the organization.
What we expect… (Essential Functions)
Oversees and maintains optimal performance of UKG with their day to day needs by answering questions and resolving complex issues within UKG and other HR systems. This individual works closely with the HR team to interpret the data and develop solutions that provide value for the business.
Responsible for UKG and other human resources systems; which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, security and upgrade to applications, systems and modules. Must have detailed understanding of all UKG modules: recruiting, on-boarding, core, performance, benefits, payroll, and other HR modules/systems as necessary.- Collaborates with senior leadership and the human resources team to identify system improvements, efficiencies and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
- Builds dashboards in Business Intelligence environment regarding various human resources metrics.
- Compiles complex data reports, summaries and logs for senior leadership and human resources team.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users.
- Maintains permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for system users.
- Train new and existing users of the systems; create/maintain users manuals to support training efforts.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements to protect team member data.
- Research and participate in the UKG community to resolve issues where answers are unknown and implement solutions.
- Identifies and maintains knowledge of trends and developments in human resource systems providers, vendors and technology.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:

- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field; and a minimum of 5 years human resources experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HRIS and process support role as a business analyst.
- HRCI or SHRM CP/SCP certification a plus.
- Technical project management and team coordination experience
- Technically savvy with a solid understanding of database concepts, functional software setups, cybersecurity, and business processes
- Must understand the business impacts when decisions are made and gaps are identified
- Must be well organized, efficient, results and detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Strong leadership and people skills; ability to interact, influence and collaborate with all levels across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate functional and technical information to a variety of audiences
- Excellent in writing effective documentation including but not limited to requirements, process flow maps, and use cases
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Effective change management skills, analytical skills & process orientation
- Must have an ability to educate their coworkers, have patience and the capability to support end-users
