• You will support and advise the Product Owner as well as team colleagues, stakeholders and users on all issues related to our Salesforce system.
• You are part of a cross-functional team that plays a key role in driving forward the digitalization of our partner management.
• You will be responsible for process analysis and development in partner management as well as the conception and implementation/customizing of new workflows for these requirements on our Salesforce platform.
• You support our developers with your experience and knowledge of the Salesforce platform to ensure a smooth integration into our system landscape.
• You are responsible for the domain-specific processes and automations and act as the first point of contact for colleagues and departments in case of problems.
• You continuously expand your Salesforce competencies and help your team increasingly take over responsibility from our service provider.
• You take creative responsibility and work across teams and with our implementation partner to continuously improve and stabilize the Salesforce platform.
• You don't live in Hamburg but still want to work with us? This is possible via remote work in the team throughout Germany.

Must-have:

• Several years of experience in consulting, implementation or similar based on the Salesforce Core platform (Sales, Service and Experience Cloud).
• Advanced knowledge in requirements management as well as in the analysis, implementation and optimization of CRM processes
• Experience with agile methods as well as an agile mindset
• High level of initiative and enjoy taking responsibility

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in interface design and integration of Salesforce into the system landscape
• APEX know-how, Java knowledge, Salesforce certifications
• Experience in B2B as well as in partner and supplier management

• Work remotely within Germany if you wish and come to the campus in Hamburg only on special occasions.
