Note: Must have Candidates experienced in healthcare payer domain.

The IT Business Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The IT Business Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains data in support of balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. Supports Portfolio-level processes and reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and alignment across separate sources, enabling tighter governance functions. Analyze, reconcile and summarize separate data sources in order to feed critical reporting and information that inform will our leaders to make sound decisions, within their budget and resource guardrails. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and seeks proactive guidance where needed and to ensure alignment in complex environment. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Experience in problem analysis and process documentation

Experience with Microsoft office suite

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of sql and database

Experience analyzing and summarizing complex data

Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
