Job description

**Shift will always be 5:30am - 2pm**

Must have weekend availability!

• Be friendly, receptive, and have a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with guests.
• Prepare breakfast menu items/ set-up the buffet before guest arrival for breakfast. Display food and beverages in an organized and appealing manner.
• Frequently check the buffet line and replenish food, beverage, and supplies as needed.
• Replenish plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and napkins for guest use as needed.
• Prepare coffee and/or tea by established standards.
• Remove and dispose or leftover food at the end of the breakfast shift. Clean the buffet area according to established standards.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and properly stored for the next shift.
• Keep daily and/or weekly records of foods used and consumed.
• Request to order additional food and/or supplies to upper management as needed.
• Relay all customer feedback to upper management.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
