As a Branch Supervisor II, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members
- Ensuring each employee identifies members' financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of assigned branch personnel
Salary Range:
The salary range is $73,919-$91,659; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have:
- An Associate degree in a related field is required.
- Three years' related experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience is required.
- Two years supervisory or equivalent relatable experience is also required.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Branch Supervisor II, you must possess these qualifications:
- Financial institution experience preferred.
- Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines, lending policies and procedures, and cash handling standards
- Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B, and Reg. Z
- Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office operation environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays
