Schottmiller's Auto Body is a family-owned company in the tri-state area. We are a growing business with 6 locations - Erlanger, Hebron, Wilder, Florence, Batavia, and Sharonville. We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to run our Sharonville location.

Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Ensure all manufacturer, collision repair, and legal policies are followed

- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

- Compute estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials and labor

- Work with insurance companies and to manage the claims for our customers

- Follow company policies and procedures

-Manage a clean and efficient shop

-Oversee technicians' workflow and ensure they are equipped for incoming repairs

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in estimating/body shop work

- Excellent driving history and valid driver's license

- Must be willing to submit to a background check and/or drug screening

- Ability to communicate in a professional manner at all times

- Must have reliable transportation

Benefits:

- Compensation is based on experience

- Vacation pay after 1 year

- Holiday pay after 90 days and benefits offered after 1 full month

- Uniform reimbursement (up to $170/year)
