Job description
WSESU is seeking a dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full time school year position designed to work with special education students, developing and supporting the integration of plans. Training and experience working with students who experience social-emotional challenges and Autism Spectrum Disorder in a school setting is key. Training and supporting students, teachers, paraprofessional staff and families is essential.Daily collaboration is required in a busy school environment with intrinsic rewards abound! Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to identify and maintain data. Collaborative Problem Solving and Social Thinking training is highly desirable. Candidates must exhibit energy, patience, flexibility, growth mindset and enthusiasm for children and education.
