Level Ahead Georgia is seeking a professional and experienced Assessment Specialist to conduct behavioral and skill based assessments, with the option of training, supervising, and guiding RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in implementation of treatment plans. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans including function based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs.
• Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers.
• Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
• Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
• Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel
