Kairos Billing Solutions is a Mental Health Billing and Credentialing Company located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are looking for a Full-Time Billing Specialist that values the flexibility of working from home and is good with time management and organization. Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour DOE

Expectations:

• Complete claims submission on a weekly basis and in a timely manner.
• 95% provider satisfaction
• Be a dedicated account manager handling and maintaining 15-18 provider accounts
• Review and analyze claim denials or insurance changes to complete the full life cycle of the claim.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build a positive relationship with providers, clients, and insurance contacts.
• Monthly account reconciliation with nothing 90 days outstanding.
• Outbound phone calls to insurances and clients when necessary.
• Trust and dependability are an absolute must.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A high value for team collaboration and support.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience insurance billing, accounts receivable from insurance, commercial, private, Medicare or Medicaid. Preferably someone that knows how insurances work and the terminology used.
• High School education
• Experience with Charm EHR/TheraNest/Simple Practice/Office Ally/Jane/AdvancedMD preferred
