The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray is a boutique law firm located in the San Fernando Valley, just a short distance from downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for someone to join our team to help us with Workers Compensation Cases.

Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our growing team! We need someone who is able to effectively manage a workers compensation file under the super vision of an attorney. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a workers compensation from inception through settlement.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Client communication via phone, text, and email
• Scheduling medical appointments for clients
• Communicating case status to clients
• Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working specifically with Workers Comp Files.
• High Attention detail
• Organized
• Self starter - able to work with limited supervision
• Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) - REQUIRED
