A rapidly growing leader in pipe industry is seeking an experienced Bilingual Lead Building Maintenance Technician to repair and maintenance of building, equipment, and facilities.
What You Will Do:
- Carry out basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roof repairs, drywall repair, painting, concrete repair, power washing, landscape, and other related task.
- Operate heavy equipment, and ability to haul/back-up utility trailers.
- Perform regular roof top maintenance (must not be afraid of heights).
- Create and maintain daily task list for each team member.
- Basic computer skills to produce reports using property maintenance software, such as Property Wear, or MaxPanda.
- Clean, Valid Driver’s License
- 5 Years Experience in Building Maintenance
- Good Writing Skills
- No Visible Tattoos
- Not Afraid of Heights
- Available for Rotating On-Call Schedule
