This position offers $65,000-$100,000 OTE (on Target Earnings).

Insurance Sales Agent Requirements

  • Arizona Property and Casualty License Required
  • Life/Health License a Plus
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
