We are a family-owned and operated insurance agency with a long history of providing excellent service to our clients since 1970. We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and help them find the insurance coverage that best meets their needs.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Identify clients' insurance needs and offer suitable products

Process applications, endorsements, and payments

Provide outstanding customer service before and after sales

Track and identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish/English is required

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in insurance, customer service or other related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have or be willing to obtain a state insurance license
