Pay: $16.28 - $17.50/hr
Location: Moses Lake, WA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the office with everyday operations. Setting up candidates while maintaining a professional relationship with clients to ensure staffing needs are met along the way.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:
Duties include but not limited to:
- Accepting applications and recording complete and accurate information into Enterprise; interviewing employee for skills, knowledge, and ability for positions
- Review all job details with placed applicant (Who to report to, estimated length of job, requirements PPE, tools, hours per day, timecard policy, meal, and rest periods physical expectations and to call if a problem surfaces)
- Ensure privacy of applicants, review all pertinent job details
- Conduct background checks, employee drug screens, prove it testing, reference checks.
- Act as a direct liaison between employer and employee.
- Answer a high volume of calls, record precise messages.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to multitask in any environment
- Highly organized and detailed
- Valid driver’s license
EDUCATION:
- Some office experience preferred, not required
- Knowledge in google sheets, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills
- On the job training
- HS Diploma or GED
