Point Sebago Resort
The Beverage Cart Attendant provides fast and accurate beverages and a high level of hospitality for our guests. This is a seasonal position working on the golf course.
Reports to: 19th Hole Manager
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Greets all guests in a professional and courteous manner
Replenish bar cart with fresh product, daily
Selling product, upselling, ensuring a high level of beverage cart revenue
Maintain the beverage cart, keeping it clean and organized
Prepares and serves beverages following established protocol, and all state and federal liquor laws
Keeps 19th Hole Manager and Supervisor aware of any issues that in a timely manner and assists in resolution
Must be efficient in cash handling procedures, and maintain a working knowledge of POS system and its functions including but not limited to credit card and gift card transactions
Makes sure that all daily revenue and server tip reports are reconciled and given to accounting at the end of every day
Ensures that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Superior customer service skills
- Must be 21+
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) certification or willingness to obtain
Must be able to lift fifty pounds on a regular basis and able to withstand long periods of time on your feet
Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment
Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staff
Night and weekend work is required
