Job Description:
Position summary: The successful candidate will provide direct patient care: maintaining medical records, monitoring patient interactions and traffic flow with transport of patients. Provides clerical support, assists in patient data collection and performing medical procedures under direction of an RN utilizing knowledge of verbal and non-verbal communication skills to provide targeted therapeutic interventions with patients.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have successfully completed a certified nursing assistant training program and maintain current Wisconsin certification and BLS certification.
Experience: Two years relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge. EPIC EMR experience a plus.
