PART-TIME POSITIONS ONLY for Orange County.

Vivid Minds Therapy provides behavioral therapeutic services known as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with disabilities. We help children learn new skills to live their best lives and reach their full potential!
***Please note this position requires driving to client’s homes OR to our clinic***
Free BCBA supervision hours for those enrolled in a Master’s program. We will never make you sign a contract or have hidden fees. We want all staff to stay with us because they love us just as much as we love them!

Compensation:
$18+DOE (higher if you are RBT certified) If you are RBT certified a plus! If not, no worries, we will help you become RBT certified!
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma OR Associates Degree OR Bachelor's Degree

Please note – Therapists hired will be asked which cities they feel comfortable working in.

Skills:
- Love for kids!
- Imagination and play skills!
- Ability to multitask between data collection and playing
- Ability to work independently without being supervised every therapy session
- Previous experience working with children / children with disabilities (preferred)
- Bilingual skills a plus! (Spanish and Vietnamese)
Job Requirements:
- Teach children with disabilities therapeutic goals while having fun and playing
- Implement clinical strategies designed by a board certified behavior analyst
- Data collection every session
- Completion of clinical session notes
- Ability to receive feedback and take initiative to improve
- Communication with supervisors
- Drive to client’s homes, OR, to a community location
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Negative TB Test required
- Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license, auto registration
and auto insurance
- Available between the hours of 8am-8pm, Mornings are not required, but it is
mandatory that candidates have availability between the hours of 2-8pm Monday -
Friday, and Saturdays 8am- 12pm (Saturdays are not mandatory just preferred)
- Mandatory to have availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week (4 days must
be between Monday-Friday) and availability between 10-20 hours a week.
- Candidates must be available to start by 2PM Monday - Friday.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear a mask at all times during a therapy session. Staff are required to sanitize all used materials at the end of each session. All staff are required to wash their hands at the beginning and end of a therapy session.

- Fullerton, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
