Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a behavior technician to join our team in the Northern New Jersey Area! We are a small ABA agency that values and supports its employees. We service clients in the following NJ counties: Essex, Union, Passaic, Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset and Mercer. We provide our team members with ongoing training and mentorship, a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation. Compensation is based on experience and credentials. We will also help you grow your career by supporting you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect data on a daily basis
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field
• Experience in the field of ABA
• Complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician.
• Maintain recertification of RBT training annually

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
