Job description
The Learning Tree is a nonprofit organization that has been providing Behavior Analytic services for almost 40 years. The Learning Tree serves more than 600 children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout the state of Alabama with four regional campuses and operates seven different programs! Services within these programs include residential and educational services, outpatient clinics, and public-school consultation services.
Our BCBAs company-wide work closely with teams of professionals to create and develop quality behavioral interventions for the individuals that we serve.
We welcome applications from individuals who currently hold a BCBA credential or who will be eligible for their BCBA certification within 90 days.
Consultation and Outreach Services Team – Hiring for North Alabama Region
- Birmingham metro area resident preferred, not required. North or Central Alabama residents will be considered.
- Our team of BCBAs provide behavior analytic consultation and training for public school systems regarding skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming for children with intellectual disabilities at both individual and systemic levels
- Work from your Alabama based home office and travel to several different public-school systems in North or Central Alabama weekly.
Behavior Analysts in this program…
- Assess, create, and implement ABA interventions in the school setting
- Develop data collection strategies and monitor program implementation
- Attend IEP meetings as requested
