The role of a Beauty Sales Associate is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company's core values. They are responsible for generating sales by educating all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating sales by educating all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. Lucrative commissions and incentives provided.
- Responsible for managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
Qualifications
- Sales goals driven retail experience preferred
- Sociable, upbeat and a team player
- A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for European Wax Center
We offer day shifts (830am to 2pm) and Afternoon shifts (2pm to 730pm). Weekend shifts are available too.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
