Wheatland Spring is an Estate Brewery.

Family owned and operated, we work our 30 acre farm for the sole purpose of offering you the highest quality beer we’re capable of making.

100% of our operations are focused on ingredients for our beer. This includes growing acres of grains and tending herb gardens; capturing native yeast; using water from a natural source, and hosting honey bee hives. All of our agricultural activities are for our beer.

As an estate brewery that’s Farming for Fermentation, we have the opportunity to create beer unique to Wheatland Spring that reflects the agricultural character of our farm and growing region. We call this Land Beer.

The position:

Role: Taproom Associate / Bartender / Team Lead

• Awareness of your own strengths and weaknesses

Experience Preferred:

• 3+ years of work experience in any field
• Minimum High School Degree required, advanced degree or certification preferred

Schedule:

• 10 - 35 hours per week depending on desired schedule
• For the right, driven candidate, some hours possible as remote work, but most hours are on-site
• Set or flexible schedule is possible Wednesday - Sunday
