Via Brasil Steakhouse is looking for a Bartender who shares a passion for excellence into everything they do. Our Bartender have the opportunity to shape our guest experience for all Las Vegas locals in Summerlin area. Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a selection of beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending.
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, etc. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
