THE TEAM

I.d. is a randomly inspired shared plate restaurant. Artistic style translates from the design to the food and drink, with high-quality ingredients provided by local farmers and small businesses. Whether you’re out for an evening with friends, a date night or a business dinner, I.d. will encourage conversations and provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience you’ll normally only find in the big city.

THE PLAYER

The Craft Cocktail Bartender will prepare, mix and put together craft cocktail syrups from scratch. Serves guests with great customer service by providing information to help with the beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices by providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Completed all prep work prior to bar start time
• During service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT id DELAFIELD IF

• You are 18 years or older
• You have experience in making classic cocktails
• You have basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting
• You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
• You hold a valid Operator’s License

YOU ARE A VARSITY PLAYER IF

• You have previous wine experience and/or certification
• You have one year or more of bartending experience

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE

United States Work Authorization (required)
