AbbyBank is currently looking to fill the role of a Bank Teller Float working between our Gresham and Shawano offices. This position is primarily responsible to support our relationship banking culture by providing exceptional customer service to our banking customers, assisting them with various financial transactions and product information to best identify customer needs.
Duties Include:
- This is a full time float position working between our Gresham and Shawano offices.
- Proficiently complete all essential teller duties.
- Provide exceptional and confidential customer service.
- Maintain high level of accuracy in transaction processing and cash handling.
- Promote bank products and services to support relationship banking culture.
- Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and regulations
- May require working at other bank offices for training purposes, emergencies, staff coverage etc,. utilizing personal vehicle.
Skills:
- Positive attitude and a sincere interest to serve others, delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing work, neat work areas, attention to detail, etc.
- Mathematical skills must include basic arithmetic of addition and subtraction, copying figures, counting and recording.
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills required to interpret customer needs.
Education/Experience:
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling/customer service required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
