Job description

Our client, an alternative asset management firm in New York, NY, is seeking an Analyst to support the firm's structured credit business, specifically around bank debt, private credit, and syndicated products. The individual will be interacting with Portfolio Managers, Risk, Compliance, and other areas monitoring compliance with investment restrictions, pre and post trade testing, and preparing risk reports. Additional responsibilities include reviewing credit agreements, prospectus, indentures and, analyzing CLO structures, and assessing credit risk of the underlying loans in their portfolio. Candidates must have 1-4 years of experience in the US leveraged loan market with some exposure to investment risk and fund compliance, preferred - giant backlog, building modules, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
