Antwerp Exchange Bank, the only locally owned and operated Community Bank in Paulding County, has been servicing Paulding County and surrounding areas of Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana for over 100 years.

We are looking for experienced and reliable individual who is committed to excellence in customer service. The successful candidate will possess the desire to exceed customer expectations by providing superior and professional customer service in a complex business environment. This individual will be responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to emails from customers, as well as providing knowledgeable support related to multiple products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls.
• Perform general office duties such as faxing/photocopying/scanning and filing.
• Answer customer questions regarding product availability, order status, and other general inquiries.
• Answer emails and voice-mails from customers.
• Manage files.
• Handle returns and complaints.
