Schar USA, Inc. is a division of Dr. Schar AG headquartered in Burgstall, Italy with over 40 years of experience manufacturing gluten-free and innovative special nutritional foods. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Back Office Sales Coordinator at our Swedesboro, NJ location.
The Back Office Sales Coordinator will be accountable for full order-to-cash cycle, processing projects, managing databases, analyzing consumer trends, and supporting the Sales team’s administrative requirements
- Process orders to fulfillment; communicating stock-outs, missed pick-ups, and PO discrepancies relating to product availability and pricing to relevant parties
- Coordinate and inform customers and brokers about new products, product modifications, sell sheets, price pages, etc.
- Assist customers with complaints, maintain reclamation system and ensure resolution. Manage Distributor Audits and shipping discrepancies
- Maintain customer master data in ERP system (Navision) - Navision (New/existing) customer cards, distributor discounts, Pricing
- Monitor orders to support accounts receivable process
- Ensure customers are invoiced properly
- Coordinate the fulfillment of sample and show orders
- Prepare Sales Decks and Sales meeting documentation as well as organize locations and associated logistics
- Publish the daily sales and orders report to the group and monthly sales reporting to Management and Sales team
- Distributor Codes Maintenance.
- Project Management
- Manage promotional sales tool administration and upload month end accrual to Accounting
- Maintain Customer and broker specific documents and Contracts (COI, W9, etc.)
- Facilitate the collection and communication of all sales forecasting information to SCM
- Facilitate regulatory requirements from customers and brokers (food quality certifications, etc.)
