Juicekeys is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant and health boutique that is very proud of the unique and organic menu we offer. At Juicekeys, we put a major focus on the employee experience.

We are looking for a back of house team member who wants to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. We specifically seek out those who can work in a team environment, have a great attitude/professionalism, a desire to grow and create a product that brings joy to our customers in a healthy, convenient way.

As a back of house team member, you will work alongside other team members to create our products that are sent from the front of house. You will also complete prep work for future orders, and maintain and execute cleaning and operational tasks in conjunction with health codes and Juicekeys standards.

  • Have great blending technique and are able to coach and correct team members on their technique

  • Ticket times are hit to Juicekeys standards
  • Communicating & actively listening to their team members needs and helping identify what is needed
  • High energy each and every time they’re working and are consistent, positive and contagious in their effort
• Prep Work procedures
  • Dry prep procedures are followed and up to Juicekeys standards
• Food & Drink Procedures
  • Smoothies/Bowls
    • Create a consistent 5-star quality product

• Flexible hours – We differ from similar establishments by closing at 6:00 pm each night and are here no later than 7:00 pm most nights. Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas.
