Summary – basic function of the role

Enerpac is embarking on a digital transformation. This position will be tasked with re-building and enhancing various marketing and e-commerce websites on a single web content management platform (Oracle Commerce Cloud). The position is responsible for executing web development related activities, as well as assisting in the development and maturation of Enerpac’s digital strategy. You will need to understand key business and sales objectives. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to build applications which will increase online sales and assist in generating sales leads.

Shift: Monday – Friday, evenings and weekends may be required

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current and future web applications on Oracle Commerce Cloud (React JS System)
• Re-build and consolidate multiple branded websites onto a single WCM system; Oracle Commerce Cloud
• Collaborate with developers in the team (front end and Oracle EBS), possess and learn new various tools and technologies, and be part development and testing phases of software development.
• Integrate websites with other applications
• Experience implementing and maintaining API Configuration; CRM (SalesForce), E-Mail marketing software (Eloqua), ERP (Oracle)
• Maintain the Enerpac brand equity across digital marketing mediums

Skills and Competencies

• Previous experience creating or maintaining the integrations between multiple systems, preferably tax, payment gateways
• Programming and support of existing applications built in Oracle Customer CX and Oracle ERP.
• Creating and/or translating high-level business requirements into both functional and technical specification documents following Agile Methodology.
• Troubleshooting application related technical issues and errors.
• Provide unit and integration testing scripts and assisting in the testing.
• Strong execution, organization and business presentation skills
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills in an international business environment

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working in software engineering and Oracle Commerce Cloud
• 3+ years of experience working in software engineering in a professional setting, preferably in backend web development and an e-commerce website
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Commerce Cloud

Physical Demands

Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites. This can include occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce and with supported organizations. Employee can work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time. Will have repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Work Environment

Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting, but may also include typical warehouse environment on occasion, where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in an office. Employee will be expected to be able to make repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers on a constant basis for typing purposes.
