Job description

We are family own repair shop looking to add a new family member. Someone who has a passion helping and guiding people through the automotive process. No automotive knowledge needed, just a willingness to communicate with customers through the repair process

We offer a base pay of $21 with a 1% gross profit bonus plan. We are closed weekends with possibility of a few hours overtime a week. All major holidays are paired. After one year, we will offer 1 week paid vacation

The successful candidate will have/be the following:

* Professional in appearance and demeanor

*Good communication skills- written and oral

*Team player with leadership potential

*Excellent people skills both on the phone and in person

*Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers

*The ability to help the process and flow of work through the shop and office

*Ability to understand overall profitability

*computer proficiency including experience with a surface tablet.

*Clean motor vehicle report

*Activity participate in training and retain and use the new skills learned

*Posses computer skills and ability to adapt to new computer systems and programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

• 8 hour shift

• Sacramento, CA 95819: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
