JLMC is a full service automotive business that not only provides the quick lube oil change that people would expect from the name, but also light and medium line mechanical repairs, brakes, alignments, and tires. This franchise in Wichita is a long standing franchise, open since 1985, but with the new business model hopes to soar to new levels of expansion.
Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service / Sales Advisor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your ability to call on and provide service to various customers inside the store. These customers may be commercial fleet or retail. The store Outside Sales Representative/Service Advisor is also responsible for assisting in promoting and advancing company marketing/sales programs as appropriate and requested. This position is also responsible for developing and creating new opportunities for sales through discovery by technicians of customers' vehicles. Job Responsibilities:
· Review with customers per the discovery/strategy created with the Store Manager or other members of the management team
· Serve retail and commercial customers to make Jiffy Lube Multicare their one stop shop
· Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets
· Conduct sales transactions with adherence to store/company policies and procedures
· Participate in training programs, learning about our products, our programs and our customers
· Represent Jiffy Lube Multicare in a professional and positive manner
· Assist other store team members as needed
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
· Above-average verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the company as well as customers, vendors and visitors
· Ability to function in a stressful environment, under substantial time pressure
· Strong organizational skills
· Knowledge of desktop computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
· Have experience in outside sales (i.e. door to door sales, B2B sales, automotive service writing)
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
