We are a currently a family of 6 Automotive shops in the Pittsburgh area that is expanding and adding additional locations. We are looking for a service advisor for our strip district location, which specializes on foreign cars. Each of our shops has it’s own identity and specialties, from foreign and domestic, transmission, oil and lube, tires, aftermarket tuning, etc., so needless to say whatever your specialty or passion, we have a place for you in our growing organization.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Setting, confirming and preparing for appointments to expedite the customer’s service experience
• Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Determining vehicle needs based on customer information, a vehicle walk-around and a technician’s multi-point inspection
• Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
• Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work
• Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information

Qualifications

• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
