What you can bring to the table as an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer…
- Greet customers promptly, with a warm smile
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Serve as a liaison between automotive technicians and customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the technician
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish preferred method of communication - phone call, text message or email
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle and report back to the customer with any information
- Verify that the final invoice reflects the work rendered and matches what was discussed with the customer
- Explain all work that was completed on the customer’s vehicle and any charges rendered
REQUIREMENTS to Apply with us to become an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer…
- Proven and verifiable record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Consultant, or have Automotive Service Technician background, is a plus
- High energy level and a warm, friendly personality
- Car Dealership experience is a must
- A desire for long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Knowledge of ADP/CDK operating system
