McGovern Automotive Group is hiring an Entry- level Service Advisor!

As an entry level service advisor, you would be the liaison between service technicians and customers to determine problems with vehicles while providing accurate repair descriptions to technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize resources to identify and verify clients’ service needs and record RO properly
• Promote the sales of services, parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and service lines
• Coordinate with the Service Manager, service personnel, & clients regarding repair work
• Contact clients regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and receive proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
• Verify vehicle warranty and service contract coverage and explain any relevant provisions and exclusions to customers

Qualifications:

• Trained to write up internal work as well as express type work in the shop
• Desire to work towards building core knowledge of products and product updates
• Prioritize assignments & multi-tasks well under pressure
• Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven
• Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations
• Holds valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background and drug screenings
