Ness Auto Sales and Service has an immediate opening for a Automotive Service Advisor. The candidate must have character, ethics, and values, be highly motivated, great communication skills, and have a winning attitude.
The Service advisor acts a a liason between the technicians and the customers. They will set appointments and document the customers concern or requests. Dispatch work to technicians and write estimates based on the technicians findings. Then contact the customer and explain the needed repairs. After the vehicle is done they invoice the repair order and explain the work performed to the customer.
