Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Logan is an Award Winning Dealership and a great place to work! We are currently looking to add to our service team by adding an experienced Service Advisor. Service Advisors are very important members of our service team. We are looking for a positive, upbeat, interactive individual- who is eager to serve our guests the Heritage Way. Must be responsible, professional, a self-starter, and have the desire to achieve goals while achieving customer satisfaction. Great communications skills are crucial. Must be able to learn and execute in a process-driven environment that promotes personal growth. Other key attributes would include: multi-tasking, self initiative, enthusiastic, honest, salesmanship, humility, organized, and the ability to serve others. Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required. Service writing experience is preferred.

Working as a team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all guests are given a "Heritage Experience."

Responsibilities of this position include:

Greeting guests, assessing their needs, providing honest repair recommendations, answering phones to set up appointments/answer questions, preparing repair orders, sales, communicating with the technicians regarding repair work, working with the manufacturer to process warranty work, and working with others to serve our guests. Service Advisors are a guide to help ensure the comfort and trust of our guests.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $72,750.00 per year
