Hello Auto Group has immediate openings for a Finance Assistant at our Kia dealership in Valencia, CA.

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who feel passionate about customer service and are looking to join a phenomenal team. Our Finance Assistants support both our sales and accounting teams, in an effort to provide a seamless experience to our customers.

This is an hourly paid position with an annual income ranging from $51,000 (for single-store locations) to $72,000 (for multi-store locations).

What We're Looking For:

• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and coworkers alike
• Team player
• Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced an occasionally stressful environment
• Prior automotive accounting or office experience
• Foundation in finance regulations and compliance
• Working knowledge of dealership systems (we use CDK and Dealertrack) a plus
• Available to work flexible hours including Saturdays
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a liaison between our sales and office teams
• Verify paperwork involved with cash, finance and lease transactions
• Complete accurate deal documentation
• Assist in acquiring approvals from lenders
• Help train our sales associates on how to complete deal jackets in a thorough and compliant fashion
• Assure all deals are booked out accurately
• Help minimize the store's contracts in transit by ensuring all deals are submitted completely and accurately for prompt funding
• Review deals that are declined and work with the Sales Department to get them funded
• Assist customers with issues related to contracts and titles
