Schedule will be a hybrid/4-10s, which means every technician will get at least FIVE 4-day weekends per year!
Summary:
Aligns wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars and steering mechanisms of automotive vehicles.

Job Duties:
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Drives vehicle onto wheel alignment rack and tests vehicle for faulty wheel alignment, bent axle, worn ball joints and bent steering rods
- Installs shock absorbers
- Attends manufacturer product training as requested
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
