Job Summary


Maricopa Corporate College is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (PR Marketing Analyst Sr.) to support the growth of our Education Concierge Services (ECS) division. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting marketing automation efforts and processes. This includes proactively coordinating with teams to identify best practices, strategies, and areas of opportunity.

As our Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll also maintain consistency and organization across the HubSpot platform, ensure that all platforms are integrated correctly, and assist with the integration of additional platforms into HubSpot. Working closely with project leads, you will define KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve outcomes. You'll also be responsible for assisting staff with questions and issues related to automation processes, and developing training materials, tutorials, and other resources to support consistent usage of HubSpot across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms. Essential Functions


40% - Plan, implement, and document marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively coordinating with teams to identify best practices, strategies, and areas of opportunity

25% - Maintain consistency and organization across the HubSpot platform and assist with the integration of additional platforms into HubSpot

10% - Work with project leads to define KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to continuously improve outcomes

10% - Assist staff with questions and issues related to the automation processes

10% - Develop training materials, tutorials, and other resources to support consistent usage of HubSpot across multiple departments

5% - Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, business, communications or related field and four (4) years of professional experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies.

OR

Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, business, communications or related field and six (6) years of professional experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies.

OR

High School Diploma / GED and eight (8) years of professional experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies.


Desired Qualifications


A. Two or more years of experience using HubSpot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation systems for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and contact management

B. Two or more years of experience creating reporting dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations

C. One or more HubSpot certifications in the following areas: HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Service Hub Software, HubSpot Reporting
