Sons Collision Centers is a growing MSO with operations in Northern and Central NJ, including Wyckoff, Garwood, Cranford, Green Brook, Sayreville and Brick. Do you have a general interest in or experience with cars but do not know how to start a career in the industry? This is a great opportunity to earn an entry level job learning the craft of auto body estimating. No prior estimating experience is necessary. We are seeking a driven, outgoing, hard-working and reliable person that is looking to achieve personal advancement. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for greeting customers at door, identifying damages and keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
* Negotiating and working with insurance companies directly on a daily basis
* Responsible for entering and processing payments in software system
* Scheduling repairs and drop-off dates with customers
* Responsible for writing and documenting estimates per both our and our direct repair insurance partner's standards.

+ Prior experience working in a body shop a plus, but not required
