Noma Law Firm APC litigates catastrophic property subrogation losses on behalf of insurance carriers. We specialize in wildfires, negligence, indemnity, construction defects, and products liability.
The Attorney will manage a case load of both litigated and non-litigated property subrogation matters. They will research facts of loss, collaborate with external consultants and experts, and make recommendations to clients. They will conduct discovery and attend mediations/settlement conferences. The ideal candidate has experience in claims handling, underwriting, and/or coverage.

The Attorney will report directly to our founding Attorney and work with experienced paralegal and administrative staff. No billable hours are required, and our team enjoys a congenial atmosphere plus generous time off.
Compensation includes a competitive annual salary plus an annual bonus based on individual and firm performance. Medical, dental and vision insurance with 80% of premiums covered by the firm. 401k, pension eligible after one year, and no-cost life insurance. Paid Time Off policy includes all 14 California court holidays plus 10 days your first year, increasing annually.
This position is full-time with the option to work remotely (within California only).
Requirements:
- 2-5 years civil litigation experience
- Experience with motion work, written discovery, negotiations
- Claims handling or other insurance experience a plus

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
