Practice Overview

Our client is a full-service veterinary clinic providing preventative, general wellness, and surgical care. Corporate policies do not restrict them but encourage their staff to make decisions based on what is best for each patient. They offer state-of-the-art equipment and an on-call internist and board-certified surgeon. They value the importance of work-life balance, which is why they don’t provide on-call or handle emergencies. What You’ll Be Working On

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of animal cases
• Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
• Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
• Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
• Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Florida
• A minimum of two years of experience required
• Surgical experience or interest in learning preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and be flexible
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
