ModMed is hiring a driven Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a hyper-growth SaaS company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

The Role:
You will be joining a positive, passionate and highly productive TA team that is focused on meeting the talent needs of the business and maintaining our positive, high performing and award winning culture. This is a great opportunity to develop foundational recruiting skills within a fast-paced company experiencing hyper growth.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional hiring team and candidate experience that promotes our company as an employer of choice.
- Organize, coordinate and attend career fairs and industry networking events; partner with internal hiring teams and relevant collegiate, trade and industry organizations to connect with top talent.
- Source, interview and coordinate the hiring process for high volume, early career positions.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationship with hiring teams, providing regular updates on hiring progress.
- Provide thoughtful and timely candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with managers and senior Talent team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with qualified, active and passive talent and engage them as new opportunities open up.
- Develop, release, and maintain job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
- Determine employment applicant qualifications by reviewing applications; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Maintain updated candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System, including all touch-points.
- Disposition applicants in accordance with our established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Follow established procedures for posting positions and managing the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide regular position status updates to Talent team, Business Partners and Hiring Managers with details on position status, including candidate pipeline and recruiting activities.
- Demonstrate passion for talent acquisition by participating in learning and development opportunities.
- Provide general support to the Recruiting team by assisting with projects as needed.
- Act as liaison with third party staffing agencies as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite in our Boca Raton, FL office (hybrid).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills are required.
- 1 or more years of recruiting related experience; may consider candidates with relevant sales experience in lieu of recruiting
