Solo practitioner of a busy general practice firm specializing in land use, commercial and residential real estate, estates and trusts. Representation of applicants for development projects primarily in Hunterdon and Warren Counties as well as representation of municipal land use boards in Hunterdon and Warren Counties ​​

Seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following Qualifications:

Familiarity with the Municipal Land Use Law a plus

Familiarity with Open Public Meetings Act a plus

Familiarity with Open Public Records Act a plus

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
