A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

As our Assistant Project Manager, you typically work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This is a hybrid role, so you spend time on-site as well as occasionally work from home.

In this position, you work alongside your team manager to ensure every stage of a project goes smoothly, from signing contracts to activating new solar energy systems. You collaborate with clients, coworkers, and a variety of industry experts to produce exceptional results on time and within budget. On a day-to-day basis, you assist with tasks such as updating change orders, scheduling installation appointments, and tracking project timelines as new milestones are reached. As you work, you maintain open communication between all relevant parties, keeping everyone well-informed about the project's status. You take pride in being a capable leader and solid team player, and you love being able to occasionally work from home!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree
• 2+ years of experience using various project management software
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
