Assistant Project Manager (Owner Rep) for LORH 2022

• Prepare, & track all project cost
• Prepare all invoices for processing
• Prepare all reports for BOARD presentation and construction related meetings
• Administration of integrated master schedule
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients and Senior CM to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Responsible for preparing bid analysis by project and presenting each bid to the BOARD for approval.
• Awarding contracts (buyout process).
• Working knowledge of the following applications: ProCore

Excel, Word, Power point, Microsoft Projects.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to capture and follow the details
• Excellent communication skills able to manage various types of personalities
• Responsible for all administrative office logistics and procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks will be required on an as needed basis as spikes in Covid-19 occur.

• Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Assistant Project management: 2 years (Required)
