The Town of Dennis seeks a part-time (18 hr. /wk.) Assistant Outreach Coordinator. The Assistant Outreach Coordinator works under the general supervision of the COA Director. This position is responsible for assisting seniors with information, referrals and coordination of services with the COA and other agencies to improve quality of life and assist them to remain safe in the community.
