Little Hills Learning Center is seeking educators to work in our infant and toddler classrooms. We are seeking educators who will be responsible for implementing a teaching plan according to the school’s curriculum.

Looking for someone who has knowledge and experience.. The ideal candidate will be passionate for educating small children with an ability to reach children in a positive manner and create a relationship of trust. We want to make learning a fun and meaningful experience. Our educators will help cultivate children's early interest and love of education as well as learning. We want to build a team of dedicated early educators that are children's allies in the entire process of learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise children in safe environment
  • Provide individualized activities to each student by promoting interactive learning
  • Assist and record children's’ progress and provide feedback to families
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
  • Collaborate with other teachers
  • Plan and execute fun educational in-class and outdoor activities
  • Observe and understand children's behavior
  • Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending clock hours as recommended by Bureau of Child Care

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
  • Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and committed
  • Creative and energetic
  • Strong moral values and discipline
  • Knowledge of CPR/First Aid (Certification)
  • Several years in early childhood education preferred
