DPI Staffing of Hibbing is hiring Assemblers, Disassemblers, Material Handlers, and Mid-Shift Salvage for our client in Hibbing, Mn.
- AM Shift is 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, or 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday.
- PM Shift is 3:15pm to 1:45am Monday to Thursday.
- Mid-Shift is 10am to 8:30pm Monday to Thursday_. _
- Pay is $16 an hour.
- Attendance policy in place.
We are looking for several reliable, motivated, hard working candidates to accept assignments for our client in Hibbing. This company remanufactures metal parts. There is an attendance policy in place, and reliability is very important at this location. This is an excellent company to work at long term, with opportunities for pay increase and advancement. There are different stations with several openings.
Material Handler: Responsible for sorting the recalled parts onto the appropriate rack, which will then be taken to Disassembly. This position can be dirty as the parts have oil, dirt, and grease on them.
Disassembler: Responsible for cleaning the parts, removing the malfunctioning or broken parts. This station uses a sand blaster that uses 60lbs of pressure. The parts go through two cleaning processes, and are then brought to Assembly.
Assembler: Responsible for replacing the malfunctioning piece on the part, and getting the part ready to ship back out.
Salvage: Responsible for taking any reusable parts from the recalled parts that are beyond repair.
